Four jobs, four numbers

Approach. Rebuilt the whole pricing model as Deluge functions in CRM, with Client Script validation on the quote screen.
Result. Quotes out in under 10 minutes, pricing errors down to near zero, and the estimator back to selling.
Problem. Engineers' job sheets were re-typed into an ageing finance system by two admins every afternoon.
Approach. Deluge integration pushing completed jobs straight through to invoicing, with a clear failure log.
Result. Around 90 admin hours a month released, and invoices raised the same day the job closes.

Approach. Deluge calls Claude on record creation to summarise, score and route each enquiry with a written rationale.

Approach. Full code review, rewrote the six critical functions, added error alerting and written documentation.
