Privacy notice

How zedConsulting handles personal data collected through deluge.pro. Last updated 25 July 2026.

Who we are

deluge.pro is a service of zedConsulting, a trading name of ZED GROUP LTD, registered in England & Wales at 20-22 Wenlock Road, London N1 7GU. We are the data controller for personal data collected through this site. We are registered with the Information Commissioner's Office under number ZB065633.

What we collect

We only collect what we need to respond to you and deliver work you have asked for.

  • Enquiry details - your name, company, work email and the description of your requirement, when you submit the form on this site or email us.
  • Booking details - the name, email and meeting time you provide when scheduling a call.
  • Client project data - during an engagement, access to systems and data necessary to carry out the agreed work.
  • Technical data - basic server logs and, where you consent, analytics about how the site is used.

Why we use it, and our lawful basis

  • To reply to your enquiry and quote for work - legitimate interests, or steps taken at your request prior to entering a contract.
  • To deliver and support agreed work - performance of a contract.
  • To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations - legal obligation.
  • To improve the site - consent, where analytics cookies are used.

We do not sell personal data, and we do not add enquirers to marketing lists without asking first.

AI processing

Where an engagement involves connecting Zoho to a third-party AI provider (for example Anthropic, OpenAI or Google), that processing happens under your account and API keys, within the data flow we agree with you in writing. We design such integrations to send only the fields required for the task, and we will document what is sent before anything is built.

Who we share it with

We use a small number of processors to run our business - including Zoho (CRM and email), our scheduling provider and our accountants. Each is bound by contract to process data only on our instructions. We may disclose data where required by law.

International transfers

Some of our processors operate outside the UK. Where data is transferred internationally, we rely on UK adequacy regulations or the International Data Transfer Agreement / Addendum with appropriate safeguards.

How long we keep it

  • Enquiries that do not become projects - up to 24 months, then deleted.
  • Client records and project documentation - for the duration of the relationship and 6 years afterwards, to meet contractual and tax requirements.
  • Access credentials - revoked at the end of each piece of work, or sooner if you ask.

Your rights

You have the right to access your personal data, have it corrected or erased, restrict or object to processing, request portability, and withdraw consent where consent is the basis. To exercise any of these, email info@deluge.pro. We will respond within one month.

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk, though we would appreciate the chance to put it right first.

Cookies

This site uses only the cookies and local storage needed to make it work - including remembering your light or dark mode preference. Any analytics cookies are set only with your consent and can be withdrawn at any time by clearing your browser storage for this site.

Security

We apply least-privilege access, use sandbox environments for development wherever possible, and remove credentials when work completes. We are happy to sign your NDA before you share anything sensitive.
